False Advertisement

Rahul Mistry.provided me wrong information and took money for giving advertising on sulekha platform without informing properly about refund on services..

Whenever I asked for refund related to advertising of my services, he said it's not possible..
Most of the time my leads are not getting scrapped I couldn't do single business so am not happy with the services..

I want refund of the money I have given.

False information and not providing refund

After repeatation of calls and complaints customer service is not ready to help.
Without informing terns and conditions, marketing executives take money for giving advertising of our enterprise or shop

When we don't like the services or not satisfied then they don't give proper information and don't refund the money.

Need refund

I applied a business plan with sulekha last month 19th. I was promised by Mr.Raghul Manager that I will be getting 120 leads with a charge of 60.. so I agreed and paid 4720 including GST.. then on Feb 20th I received a call from activation team. They said I will only get 50 to 60 leads with a charge of 72.. i totally got fed up on that day itself sales guy raghul made wrong commitment to me..but I never said anything and.

Deactivate my account and number from your sulekha platform!!

I am getting 50 calls every now and then, I mean I signed up for finding a teacher, I have found one I don't need more calls, it gets difficult to focus on studying so deactivate my account on SULEKHA AND DELETE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR PORTAL.

Annoying messages and no option to delete account.

I ak getting too many messages from Sulekha.com. There is no option neither in the website or app to delete the account.

I am not even getting an option in my phone to block messages from Sulekha.com

This is the worst and irritating experience I ever had.

Do delete my account and data entirely.

Too Much Frequent calls

I, Arkadeep want to remove my number from my Sulekha account.
Many calls are coming and too frequently.
They are coming at very late night also like at 9:00pm.
I don't like it.
So, please remove it quickly.

Unable to solve issue against fraud service

I have searched for a domestic help on Sulkeha.com and as soon as I did it, I have received a calls from numerous numbers and one of them was from Karthikeya Home Care Services which is listed on Sulekha.com.

Usually, I never pay money upfront without checking the office personally but as I need service urgently I paid money to the service provider thinking that Sulekha.com has done his background check. After receiving money.
